Ingredients:
Katta (Queen Fish) Dried Fish - 150g
Tomatoes 100g
Onions 100g
Green chilli
Curry Leaves
Pandan Leaves
Ceylon Cinnamon - small piece
Fenugreek 1/4 teaspoon
Sri Lankan Curry powder 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon
Coconut milk 1cup
Wash the dried fish thoroughly. Cut in to small pieces. Cut the tomatoes, onions, green chillies.
In a pan, add the dried fish, tomatoes, onions, green chilli, chilli powder, Sri Lankan curry powder, turmeric, fenugreek, Ceylon cinnamon. Add 1/2 cup water, mix well. Close the lid and let it boil.
Open the lid after 3 minutes and mix well.
Cook until the water absorb.
Add coconut milk, mix well and boil until it’s well done.
Add salt only if necessary.
This easy Sri Lankan Dried fish curry is ready to eat with your favourite rice or Roti.

皇后石首魚(咸魚乾) : 150克
蕃茄 : 100克
洋葱 : 100克
青辣椒
咖喱叶
班蘭葉
錫蘭肉桂 : 一小塊
胡蘆巴 : 1/4茶匙
斯里蘭卡咖喱粉 : 1湯匙
薑黄粉 : 1/2茶匙
辣椒粉 : 1茶匙
椰奶 : 1杯
將皇后石首魚(咸魚)彻底清洗乾淨並切成小塊, 再將蕃茄、洋葱、青辣椒 切開
將皇后石首魚(咸魚)、番茄、洋葱、青辣椒、辣椒粉、斯里蘭卡咖喱粉、薑黄、葫蘆巴、錫蘭肉桂放入鍋中並加入1/2杯水,攪拌均匀。將蓋子蓋上並讓它煮至沸腾。
3分鍾後打開蓋子再攪拌均匀。
煮至水被吸收。
加入椰奶,攪拌均匀,煮至熟透。
如有需要,可添加鹽。`
