Ingredients: 成份 150g
Bunch of Gotukola 150克的崩大碗
100g Grated Coconut 100g 椰子碎
50g Red Onions 50克红洋葱
1 medium size Tomate 1碗中等大小的番茄
1 Green Chilli or Kochchi Chilli 1隻青辣椒或
Kochchi Chilli ½ tea spoon Salt ½茶匙鹽
½ tea spoon Black Pepper ½茶匙黑胡椒
1 table spoon Lime or Lemon juice 1湯匙青檸汁或檸檬汁
Wash and clean the Gotukola 將Gotukola (崩大碗) 清洗乾淨 Chop Finely. 切碎 Add Black pepper & salt to grated coconut in a bowl 將黑胡椒和鹽加至有椰子碎碗中 Chop red onions & tomato 將红洋葱和蕃茄切碎 Chop Green Chillies or Nai Kochchi 將青辣椒 或者Nai Kochchi 切碎 Add the Cut Gotukola, Red Onions, Green Chillies and tomatoes to the bowl 將切好的Gotukola (崩大碗)、红洋葱、青辣椒和蕃茄放入碗中 Squeeze a lemon or lime juice 擠上檸檬汁或青檸汁 Mix well 均勻攪拌 Serve with Rice or eat as a raw salad 與米飯一起食用或作為沙拉食用 Buy Gotukola and all the ingredients from V Brands Hong Kong. https://vbrands.hk/
