Cloves

Cloves are the dried whole unopened flower buds of the evergreen tree Syzygium Aromaticum of the Myrtaceae family. Ceylon Clove is notably richer in oil than the clove varieties produced elsewhere in the world. Cloves are prized for its distinct flavour and aroma, and also for its medicinal qualities. Each and every clove bud is harvested by hand then sundried and graded according to size, color, and appearance with the presence of clove stems and headless cloves.
