Usage:
Aromatherapy ~ add a few drops (2-3) of Cinnamon Essential Oil to hot water and inhale the aroma infused to the steam. You may use an oil diffuser of your choice.
Air Freshener ~ add one drop of Cinnamon Essential Oil to fabric sachet or dried flowers and give a relaxing aroma to your home.
As a Feet Heater ~ mix one drop of Cinnamon Essential Oil with hundred drops of carrier oil and rub on your feet to keep them warm for hours.
Mouth Wash ~ add one drop of Cinnamon Essential Oil to eight ounces of warm water to experience a spicy taste and add a clean fresh smelling to your breath.
Massage Ingredient ~ mix one drop of Cinnamon Essential Oil with two or three cups of carrier oil and massage.
Using with Cosmetic Cream ~ mix one or two drops of oil with cosmetic creams and apply to your skin
